A 49-year-old from Macks Creek accused of inappropriately touching his 14-year-old step-daughter is behind bars after being arrested on Monday. The Camden County Sheriff’s Department says deputies responded to the residence after receiving a report of the sexual assault. Upon arrival, deputies were able to obtain information that Robie Nalley may have also sexually assaulted another 14-year-old female. A probable cause statement filed in the courthouse indicates that the alleged contacts apparently go back several years and that the mother of at least one of the victims may have known about the alleged incidents which were reported to authorities by school district personnel. Robie Nalley is charged with one count each of second-degree child molestation and statutory sodomy. Bond was set at $300-thousand.
