Man Accused of Threatening Area Churches Appears in Court

The case of a 66-year-old Rocky Mount man accused of threatening a Lake Ozark Church returned to a Miller County courtroom, on Wednesday, to consider a motion to dismiss. William Inlow is charged with making a terrorist threat in the second-degree in connection to a pair of emails containing messages that the church perceived as threatening.The motion to dismiss was apparently not taken up during the hearing on Wednesday. Inlow is next scheduled to be in court for a case review in April. In the meantime, Inlow is free on a $10,000 bond and is being monitored by a GPS unit.
