A man in Gasconade County has been arrested for harassment charges after tampering with food ordered by a police officer. Hermann Police Chief Marlon Walker ordered a Casey’s Pizza to share with his two daughters. 21 year old Daniel Robinson was in charge of making the pizza and, after Chief Walker had his suspicions, video from the establishment showed Robinson throwing toppings on the floor. Another employee also told investigators he watched Robinson spit on the food before putting it in the oven. Robinson has since admitted to the claims. He faces three charges of harassment, two being felonies because the daughters are minors.
