It has been months since the death of Glenn Norman a Neelyville Mo man who died in October of last year. After investagation from Missouri State Highway Patrol, it has been concluded the officers involved in the call were not responsible for the death of Norman. Officers were dispatched to a home in Linn Creek to a call about a man who was trying to enter a home by force. Sherriff’s Deputies after repeated warnings said Norman resisted arrest and in order to gain compliance was tased. Norman was taken to Lake Regional Hospital after being short of breath and was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly afterward. Upon conclusion of the investagation no criminal charges will be filed against the Deputies as they were cleared of any wrong doing in the case.
