Two Maries County residents are facing charges following an assault on Monday Night.
The Maries County Sheriff’s office says Dylan Kinsey and Madison Ridenhour, both from Belle, were involved in an altercation at a person’s home around 1 am.
Deputies say they were called out to a person’s home and found a man covered in blood, with a broken nose and numerous lacerations on his face and arms.
That man told police we had hit multiple times before he attempted to flee, breaking through a glass pane in his screen door which caused a severe cut to his throat.
In multiple interviews, it was determined that in total there were four people involved in the assault, two of which apparently attempted to talk Kinsley out of it and Ridenhour, who reportedly had a key to the residence and allowed them access to the home.
The two other individuals are facing charges for disorderly conduct.
