Morgan County authorities are looking for the suspects behind a large marijuana-growing operation. The investigation began with a call October 21st about an abandoned truck on Highway M containing a large amount of fertilizer. Police in Stover notified the sheriff’s department two weeks later about a possible drug operation in a field off Highway FF . Over the weekend, deputies found a marijuana farm and confiscated about 3,200 harvest-ready plants with an estimated street value of $3.5 million. Authorities say the suspects have been identified but remain at large.
