A Climax Springs man tasered by deputies earlier this year and facing several felony and other charges will be arraigned in circuit court later this year. Chad Marsh was arrested in late March when deputies responded to a domestic call off Red Fox Road. When they arrived, Marsh allegedly refused to put down a rifle he was holding. Investigating officers also claim that Marsh punched the victim in the head, drove a car through a garage door, and destroyed her cell phone. He’s charged with domestic assault, two counts of fourth-degree assault, harassment, resisting arrest, unlawful use of a weapon, and property damage. His arraignment is set for September 4th.
