Day three of the Morris McCabe triple murder trial will start on Wednesday in Camden County Court. In the first two days this week, both the prosecution and the defense have called family, friends, and law enforcement officers to the stand. McCabe is charged with three counts of first degree murder and three counts of armed criminal action in the deaths of 53- year old Donald Meyer, 45-year old Donald Young and 46-year old Sally Amos. They were found dead inside a mobile home on State Route T-T near Stoutland. McCabe waived his right to a jury trial in exchange for the prosecution taking away the death penalty. Judge Kenneth Hayden will be deciding the case. The trial is expected to be finished on Friday.
