She’s introduced a bill to help state residents who have lost jobs or had their livelihood affected by the recent trade dispute. The bill expands the groups eligible for aid under the Trade Adjustment Assistance program. The TAP provides access to job training, wage supplements, wage insurance, and a health coverage tax credit.
