Recently there has been a lot of new about an outbreak of Measles in the country, some in Illinois and others in California the state. However, as of Tuesday there is now a case pretty close to home. The Waynesville school district sent home a letter yesterday to parents informing them about a confirmed case of measles in the school district. The local health director for Pulaski County says that it’s not a full blow case of measles and may be just a reaction to the measles vaccine. The case is currently under investigation and more information is expected to be released soon.
