Meeting Set to Review Draft of Camden Co. Hazard Mitigation Plan

Interested citizens, first responders, public officials, and other stakeholders will get a look at the revised Hazard Mitigation Plan for Camden County next week. The Council of Local Governments will be holding the fourth meeting on the plan February 27th at the Mid-County Fire Protection District building on North Business 5. At that meeting they’ll present a draft copy for review by all interested parties. They’ll hold an open discussion on the draft and open an official comment period, which will last until March 30th. The plan needs to be approved and submitted to SEMA by April 1st. The meeting on the 27th will begin at 2pm.
