Men Convicted of Possessing Child Porn Face New Legal Problems

Two Eldon-area men sentenced to probation for possessing child pornography are now in trouble again. Kyle Gann and Seth James face new charges for failing to register as sex offenders.  Gann also has a hearing scheduled for March 10 for allegedly violating terms of his probation. He was in court this week when he was released on his own recognizance ahead of that hearing.
