Mid-County FD Monthly Stats

The recent trend of increased call loads for Lake Area fire districts continued in September for the Mid-County district. Chief Scott Frandsen says that personnel responded to over 200 calls which included 119 medical emergencies, 17 traffic accidents, half a dozen structure fires and a couple natural cover fires. There were also two responses for water rescue and dive team-related calls. 43 of the total 202 calls for the month were overlapping.
