Physicians across Missouri have been put on notice regarding an outbreak of severe lung disease linked to vaping. The Miller County Health Center is trying to educate the public about some of the dangers of e-cigs and other devices that are often billed as a “safe” alternative to, or even a way to stop, smoking.
Administrator Mike Herbert says vaping devices could actually make young people more likely to become addicted.
Parents are urged to learn more about the dangers of vaping. You can contact the Health Center at 369-2359.
