A Chicago man accused of murder in Miller County is scheduled to be back in court next month. Joseph McKenna is accused of killing California native Tyler Worthington and hiding his body near Tuscumbia earlier this summer. Authorities allege the two had come to Lake of the Ozarks to make drug deals, possibly involving marijuana-infused vaping pens. He’s officially charged with second-degree murder. His initial bond was set at $750,000, but his attorney is seeking to have that reduced. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 17th.
