An Endangered Person Advisory has been issued for a man in the city of Lebanon.
According to Police, 28-year-old Chandler Beshears disappeared on August 15th around 2:30pm.
Beshears resides at a care facility on Highway 5 and he apparently left without supervision or his medication.
Officials say Beshears is under a guardianship and does not have the mental ability to make a sound decision.
