Missouri AG Plans To File Suit Trying To Block Federal Vaccine Mandate

The Missouri State Attorney General’s Office is taking aim at a recent vaccine mandate imposed on federal contractors and contracted employees.

Eric Schmitt calls the mandates a case of blatant federal overreach orchestrated by power hungry bureaucrats.

Schmitt says that his lawsuit seeking to block the mandate will be filed by the end of this week and be ready for when OSHA publishes its forthcoming rule.
