A Columbia man accused of trafficking minors for sex has entered a guilty plea in Federal Court. 26-year old Kenneth Ronald Jones of Columbia admitted to bringing three victims from out of state into Missouri for illegal sexual activity. The three girls, including a 17-year old, were brought in from Wisconsin to help Jones sell drugs and were put to work prostituting for him in a brothel operation he was running. Law enforcement was tipped off when the 17-year old contacted a social worker through social media and reported that she was being held against her will. Jones pled guilty to two counts of transportation for illegal sexual activity by coercion and enticement and one count of sex trafficking of a minor. He faces a sentence ranging from a possible 10 years to life in prison.
