Two students are being expelled at the University of Missouri in Columbia for not following their COVID 19 rules.

In a release, Mizzou officials say the two students, along with 3 other students who are now facing suspension, willfully and knowingly took action that threatened the safety of the campus.

The school says that 11 student organizations are also under investigation for violating policies related to COVID 19.

Since September, more than 470 students have been referred for possible violations of the COVID rules implemented in August.
