MO Jobs Report Shows The State Continuing To Match Or Beat The National Rate

The Missouri jobs report shows the state continues to match or beat the national unemployment rate.

That trend has continued for more than five-and-a-half years.

Data shows the October unemployment rate for Missouri was 4.6-percent, which is lower than the September unemployment rate of 4.8-percent.

The October 2019 unemployment rate in Missouri was 1.2-percent lower than this year.

The jobs report shows there were over 138-thousand unemployed Missourians in October, which is down just over 6-thousand from September.
