Donna Jo Owen, from the main MOCA office in Richland, goes on to say the assessment survey would normally done by holding focus groups but, due to social distancing because of the virus outbreak, is being conducted this time around by telephone and emails. MOCA, which is funded by several sources and local donations, serves an eight-county area including Camden and Miller counties.
