Several highway projects are scheduled for next week in Camden County. MODOT will continue with pavement and sidewalk improvements on route 54 at business route 5. Occasional lane closures are expected. Bridge maintenance will take place starting on Tuesday on route “A” over Barnett branch, and West Glaise creek. Both locations are east of Toronto drive. Bridge maintenance is also taking place on route “A” over Conns creek, west of Fairview lane.
Culvert pipe installation and bridge maintenance are scheduled to take place in Miller County beginning on Tuesday. According to MODOT, bridge maintenance will take place on route 54 over wrights creek, east of Copperhead road and also on route “C” over Deane creek, south of Rollin Creek road. Culvert pipe installation will occur in various locations on route “Y” between oak hill road and the end of state maintenance in Morgan County.
Culvert pipe replacement will take place this coming week in Morgan County. According to MODOT, culvert pipe replacement is scheduled for Tuesday on route 135 between route “J” and cup tree drive. The road will be closed between 8am and 3pm. Culvert pipe replacement is also taking place on Wednesday on route 135 between route “T” and coon club road. One lane will be open and crews will flag traffic thru the work area.
