A Dallas County teacher’s was charged yesterday with felony child molestation. Prosecutors say 29-year old Ralph “Gene” Moyle’s alleged to have taken 2-boys, on separate occasions, to an area near his classroom and put his hands down their pants and fondled them. School Superintendent Robin Ritchie says the district was notified of the allegations Monday, the same day the guardian of one boy contacted the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department. Both incidents reportedly happened April 12. Moyle’s been put on administrative leave. He teaches 3rd grade at Long Lane Elementary, which serves students in eastern Dallas County and western Laclede County. Moyle’s being held on $50-thousand dollars bond, and Sheriff Mike Rackley says the investigation’s ongoing.
