A Moniteau County Man facing numerous felony charges is on the run after cutting off his ankle monitor.
Officials say that Christopher Wayne Winter left the area on Thursday after removing the GPS monitor.
Winter is wanted for kidnapping and domestic assault charges.
The California Missouri Police department is asking for the public’s help in finding Winter and warns anyone aiding his escape will face charges.
