Moniteau county prosecutor Shayne Healea was in court this week after being formally charged last Friday with four counts of 2nd degree assault and one count of leaving the scene of an accident. Police allege he backed his truck into a downtown Columbia restaurant last month injuring four people. According to court documents, Healea was under the influence of alcohol when the crash occurred. He has pled not guilty to the charges against him and was released on his own recognizance. He’s scheduled to appear in court December 2nd.
