Montreal Man Allegedly Caught with Heroin in Lawrence County

A Montreal, Missouri, resident already with open felony drug cases in Laclede and Miller counties now has another court date for felony possession in southwest Missouri. The Highway Patrol report indicates that 26-year-old Bradley Lybarger was arrested in Lawrence County early Monday afternoon for, alleged, possession of heroin.
