A Centertown man faces several charges after being taken into custody by the highway patrol in Morgan County. Reports indicate that 44-year-old Patrick Heiland was pulled over shortly before 9:15
Wednesday morning. Heiland had been wanted on warrants for failing to appear on a charge of not complying with an ignition interlock device in Randolph County and for failing to appear in Morgan County for
a non-moving traffic violation. Heiland will also now face new charges of failing to comply with an ignition interlock device, driving a commercial vehicle while revoked and for not wearing a seat belt.
