A Morgan County man accused of shooting someone in the face in late December has had his case bound over to the circuit court level. Revious Hamilton, Jr. was in court this past Wednesday for a hearing in which the judge determined there is ample evidence to establish probable cause. The case has been ordered to proceed to circuit court for a preliminary hearing scheduled for Monday. Hamilton fled from authorities after the shooting incident and was captured in Arkansas in January. He’s charged with first-degree assault, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
