Several arrests were recently made by the Morgan County Sheriff’s office. Deputies responded to a variety of calls between November 2nd and the 8th including three residential burglaries, one sexual offense, two incidents of domestic violence, as well as calls for second/third degree assault and stealing. Eight juveniles were picked up on various charges including breaking and entering, stealing and fraud. A total of 14 people were arrested by deputies. It was also reported there are currently 140 inmates in the county jail including ten “ICE” detainees.
