The motion hearing for a man charged with felony unlawful possession of a weapon is scheduled for today. Judge Steve Jackson will be presiding during the motion hearing for Dustin Burkhart. Burkhart is representing himself as he faces the charge stemming from an incident involving the death of Joseph Beeman. Burkhart is accused of getting into a dispute during the early morning hours of August 10th with Beeman.
