A 66-year-old Rocky Mount man wanting a terrorist threat charge filed against him to be dropped will have to wait, at least, a little while longer before finding out if the judge agrees.
William Inlow was hit with the charge in early February after, allegedly, sending emails which were considered threatening toward the First Christian Church in Lake Ozark and a sister church in Jefferson City.
Inlow had been scheduled to appear in Miller County, on Wednesday, for the court to consider multiple motions including one requesting that the case be dropped. The hearing, however, was continued and reset for May 20th.
In the meantime, Inlow remains free on a $10-thousand bond with GPS monitoring required.
