Last week the Missouri House approved a proposal to allow motorcycle riders who are at least 21 years old and meet certain insurance requirements to go without helmets. Supporters say it is a matter of personal freedom and adults should be allowed to make their own decisions. Opponents criticized the measure as endangering people’s lives. Republican rep.
