Motorcycle Riders Can Now Ride Without A Helmet

A new law now in effect allows Missourians the right to ride a Motorcycle without a helmet.

The law was passed by Governor Mike Parson in July.

Riders must be 26 years of age or older and you must have both medical insurance and proof of financial responsibly to ride without the helmet.

The previous law required all riders to wear a helmet.
