A Versailles man faces several different felony counts after being taken into custody in Morgan County. 55-year-old Richard Landers is charged with possession of a controlled substance, child endangerment, and three counts each of unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful use of a firearm. Landers also faces a misdemeanor charge for possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.
A 30-year-old Sunrise Beach man is charged with a class-A felony drug charge for distribution of a controlled substance in a protected location after being taken into custody by city police. Courthouse records indicate 30-year-old Christopher Joseph O’Bryan also faces a misdemeanor count of being a prior offender in possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia. O’Bryan was taken to the Camden County Jail on a $500-thousand bond. Also arrested and facing felony possession charges in Camden County are 30-year-old Kristin Renee Jett, of Gravois Mills, and 55-year-old Carrie Ann Rost, of Fenton. Rost is also charged with three felony counts of forgery, one felony count of resisting arrest and misdemeanor charges for stealing, possession and paraphernalia.
