The names of the victims in a multi-vehicle accident Wednesday morning on the Niangua Bridge have been released. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 56 year old Randal Estes of Warsaw was traveling northbound on Highway 5 in a 1993 Peterbilt dump truck when his left front tire deflated causing him to lose control, cross into the southbound lane and struck 50 year old Terry Schroeder from Benson, Illinois in his 2010 ford F250 head on. Schroeder was pulling a boat on a trailer which wound up striking the rear of the vehicle during impact. The drivers of both vehicles were pronounced dead at the scene and the passengers in the ford F250, 14 year old Dylan Schroeder and 46 year old Cindy Schroeder were also pronounced dead at the scene. Another 14 year old passenger, Donnie Schroeder was transported by staff for life helicopter to University Hospital in Columbia with serious injuries.
