A man is dead and a woman remains hospitalized following a shooting in Benton County.
It happened Wednesday afternoon in the Grandview Beach area outside of Warsaw.

Benton Sheriff Eric Knox tells KRMS News 44-year-old Donald Leven allegedly went inside the house with a gun to try and intimidate 47-year-old Rebecca Duncan and the witness.
The case remains under investigation.
