New ward boundaries in the city of Lake Ozark are now officially in place. By a vote of six to nothing at their meeting last night, the Board of Alderman voted to pass an ordinance that changed the boundaries of the wards and adopted an official ward map drawn by Harms, Inc. The board also passed a resolution that authorized the city to deposit into its general revenue account sales tax money that is expected to be generated from Phase Two of the Eagles Landing TIF plan. An ordinance was also passed setting up a mutual aid agreement with the Lake Ozark Fire Protection District concerning building code inspections.
