A judge in Morgan County has rejected a request for a reduced bond for a Stover woman accused of forcing her kids to live in unhealthy conditions. Heather Bryant faces three charges of endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk. Her bond remains at $15,000. Authorities say the home was filthy, with piles of garbage and animal feces all over the property, including inside the house. There was no electricity, running water, or food at the home when Morgan County Sheriff’s deputies arrived on scene to investigate after school officials found mold and dirt inside one of the children’s sippy cups.
