There will not be a noise ordinance in Lake Ozark. By a vote of 5-1, the Board of Alderman voted down the bill which would have prohibited amplified sounds at certain times in the city limits. The Board also decided to make changes to another ordinance that will establish a deer control policy and deer hunting. The measure, with the changes, will be voted on at the next board of alderman meeting. By a 6-0 vote, the Board also passed an option for ward redistricting in Lake Ozark. But new maps will have to be drawn up before the changes will go into effect. The next Lake Ozark Board of Alderman meeting will be at 6:00 in the evening on October 23rd.
