The city of Warsaw has good news for their residents. According to the Board of Aldermen, the city is not increasing their utility rates as we head into the New Year. At last week’s meeting, board members debated the 2015 budget which anticipates no new water or sewer rate increases. The aldermen also discussed their options on replacing decking on the Joe Dice swing bridge and have decided to put out it our for bids for the decking material. The board will now have to decide between a traditional treated decking, or a more expensive product called iron wood.
