Event cancellations continue to come in in advance of anticipated heavy rainfall expected to blanket the area this weekend.
– Pontoon and Deck Boat Poker Run moved to Saturday, Sept. 15th
– Camdenton Arts Fest rescheduled for October 27th
– Providence Chicken BBQ in Versailles cancelled
– Laurie-Sunrise Beach Rotary Fall Follies Car Show rescheduled for October 13th
Rainfall is expected to intensify over the next 24 hours resulting in anywhere from 2-5 inches, with higher amounts expected east of Highway 63. A flash flood watch has been issued for the area through Saturday evening.
