The Osage Beach Police Department is hoping to get approval to upgrade their current camera system in their vehicles. Lieutenant Oday explains why the upgrades are necessary.

Lieutenant Oday also mentioned that the cameras are not only for the safety of officers, but they are also a good way to keep both citizens and officers from acting unprofessionally. The Osage Beach of Aldermen will discuss the matter at their meeting on Thursday.
