Court documents filed on Monday show Missouri death row inmate Michael Taylor has reached an agreement with an Oklahoma pharmacy. According to the documents, the Tulsa based pharmacy will not prepare or provide pentobarbital or any other drug for use in his scheduled execution. Taylor’s attorney says the pharmacy has not already provided any such drug to the Missouri Department of Corrections for his execution. He is scheduled to be executed on February 26th. Taylor was sentenced to death for abducting, raping and stabbing to death a 15 year old Kansas City girl in 1989.
