A St. Louis man is dead after a weekend incident at the 2.5 milemarker of the Big Niangua Arm. The water patrol division of the highway patrol says it happened late Saturday afternoon when 59-year-old Thomas Moore was riding a PWC behind a family member’s boat. The operator of the boat turned around to the see the PWC adrift without Moore on it. Moore was discovered shortly after face down in the water. The report is officially classified as a person impacting a watercraft.
