One of the three people involved in an alleged rape case at the Lake of the Ozarks in 2019, is heading to court on Tuesday.

43-year-old Jeremy Robinson of Olathe, Kansas will be in Morgan County Court for a preliminary hearing at 1PM, after the state submitted DNA evidence lab results on December 7th.

Robinson was charged back in August, following charges filed against both 41-year-old Carl Mort and 39-year-old Cassandra Wedeking from Overland Park, Kansas.

A probable cause document filed in Morgan County Circuit Court alleges that all three individuals were involved in the rape a woman in July of 2019, and another in 2017, both on the couple’s boat at the Lake of the Ozarks.
