The Missouri department of transportation will be holding an open-house public hearing on Tuesday august 10th to discuss the design for a new four lane highway connecting us route 54 to the Lake of the Ozarks community bridge facility.
The present roadway project is approximately two miles long and estimated to cost $12.6 millions dollars. When the road is complete it is to be named route 242. The hearing will be held from 4 to 6:30pm in the gymnasium of the mills elementary building located on the school of the Osage campus at 1571 Bagnell dam blvd in lake Ozark.
