Organ Donor Assistance Campaign at Lake Regional

Lake Regional Health System recently joined the Workplace Partnership for Life Hospital Campaign, which brings together local and regional organ, eye and tissue donation organizations, national partners and hospitals throughout the nation to educate hospital employees and their communities on the importance of organ, eye and tissue donation. The first goal of the campaign is to register 300,000 new donors by April 30th. On Thursday, April 12th, Lake Regional will offer organ donor registration assistance for staff and area residents. Representatives from Midwest Transplant Network will be in the hospital cafeteria to answer questions and assist anyone interested in joining the state donor registry.
