The Osage Beach Board of Aldermen will hold a public hearing tonight on the voluntary annexation of Lazy Days Condominiums. It’s part of the agenda for their regular meeting, that starts at 6:30 in City Hall. Board members will also discuss two ordinances that are connected to the Dierbergs tax increment financing agreement. One is an agreement with the Osage Beach Fire Protection District to provide services to TIF areas, and the other is whether to issue notes provided in the Dierbergs TIF agreement.
