Osage Beach Eyes Mace Road Roundabout

 

In Osage Beach, some kids that live on Mace Road have to walk nearly a mile to get to and from the school bus on a daily basis. Public Works Director Nick Edelman says they currently don’t have a turnaround spot at the bottom of the road for the buses to use.

Edelman says they would start near Indian Point Condos for phase one. On Thursday, the Board of Aldermen gave the Public Works Department approval to work with Bartlett and West for the Engineering Services for the project.
