Osage Beach Man Arrested on Felony Domestic Assault and Harassment Charges

A 23-year-old from Osage Beach is being held without bond after being taken into custody on felony domestic assault and harassment charges. Camden County Sheriff Tony Helms says that deputies responded to the assault on Tuesday of last week and discovered the unidentified victim had been seriously hurt after being strangled and assaulted by Xavier Chambers. Chambers was also wanted at the time for a parole violation. He was being held in the Camden County Jail.
